Only two revisions are allowed during the sketching phase.

Only one revision is allowed during the grayscale phase.

Only one revision is allowed during the coloring phase.

Only one revision is allowed during the final phase.

A 50% fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing after the one revision (like changing the subject(s) hairstyle, body pose, clothes, and etc.).

The commission will not start until the full or half the payment and the commission form is done. You must send me reference photos (the more specific the better).

I will keep you updated about the progress of the piece with included images such as sketches and thumbnails. They will be sent to the client for approval before moving forward with the piece.

Weekly updates will be provided throughout project duration.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution PDF image sent via email. Note that there is no physical product.

I, "Wazzitooya" (the artist):

Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well.

All drawings will include a little signature that the client may not remove.

Commercial works need to be credited as well on the platform you are uploading them on.

You (the customer/commissioner):

May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

If you paid the commercial fees, you may make profits from the commissioned piece.

You are not allowed to use the artwork for other purposes than the ones agreed with the artist. The client may contact me to discuss any additional uses after the commission is completed.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

Personal Use:

You reserve the right to use the commission for your personal usage, which includes printing it for personal display, wallpaper, posting it as profile icons on websites/social medias as long as they give proper credits to the artist (@Wazzitooya_art)

A commission is meant for commercial use if you intend to use it for sales/merchandise, promotion of your activity/business, in general if you upload it on a platform/website from which you gain an income.

Here are the general guidelines

Option 1: The price increases to 50% of the base price if the art is used for promotional purposes for social media, youtube thumbnails, etc.

Option 2: The price increases to 100% for website, projects, and music videos.

Option 3: The price increases to 150% for merchandise, selling/reproducing the art, book covers, etc.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

I am committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, I will issue a refund.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the total commission's price. The client then receives the work as is.

If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.

Paypal specific:

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

I will start constructing the character designs. Will go over the story's tone and personality.

I start creating a rough draft layout for each page. I will show the process for each step for client approval.

$40 per comic page.

We start by talking about your ideas, themes, and characters. This helps me align with your creative aspirations.

I begin constructing the character designs. And all along the way, I stay in touch to align with your story’s tone and personality.

I then create a rough layout for each page’s characters. This maintains the flow and impact of storytelling.

These interactive sessions in each step help get to our final product.

I will draw the requested character(s) in a setting/composition that includes a background.

The prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

+50% of the price for each additional character depending on the complexity (small characters in the background are not considered additional characters).
